Menu Details
Course 1 - Choice of Appetizer:
- Bruschetta on Crostini topped with balsamic reduction
-Asiago-Basil stuffed Mushrooms

Course 2 - Choice of Soup or Salad:
- Spring Salad (tomato, cucumber, red onion, radish, bacon, parmesan, orange citrus vinaigrette)
- Creamy Tomato bisque

Course 3 - Choose of Entree:
- NY Strip topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms with side of cowboy butter, served with roasted potatoes and asparagus
- Tuscan Salmon smothered in a creamy sundried tomato sauce served with roasted potatoes and asparagus
- Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Manicotti served in a red sauce with garlic bread

Course 4 - Choice of Dessert:
- Chocolate Mousse topped with a chocolate covered strawberry
- Red Velvet Cake with white chocolate ganache & a chocolate covered strawberry
